Agreeing on a tenancy
Once you have decided on a property you will need to agree the terms of the tenancy. The rent payable, how much deposit is required and the date you wish to move in. You will need to put down a deposit and pay a fee to secure the property.

What you will need
Credit, employment and previous landlord references will be taken so check your credit history and ask your employer and current landlord to respond to the references quickly. You will also need to provide identification. You will also need to put adequate contents cover in place.

Maintenance issues
Report maintenance issues quickly so the problem doesn’t get any worse. This can be done online via our maintenance login. You will need to take care of the garden and small maintenance issues like light bulbs.
