We loved the property as soon as we walked in to view it. Its a lovely well kept small attractive block positioned in a highly desirable area of Sutton on the corner of Mulgrave Road and Overton Road with excellent transports links, Sutton train station for services direct into central London, Sutton High street and Cheam station and Village at either end of Mulgrave road. The flat offered good living space, dual aspect windows in living room, nice and quiet plus being on the 2nd floor at the top meant nobody lived above. I'm sure the property will be fully appreciated by the new occupiers.
