Our Let Only and Let Plus services are great for landlords who have the time and resources to oversee the day to day management of their property and tenants. The cost effective Let Only Service we will find you suitable tenants and draw up the tenancy agreements and the landlord deals with the tenancy thereafter. For Let Plus Service, we will in addition to our Let Only Service arrange a third party inventory, register the deposit with an approved scheme, conduct a check in and end of tenancy checkout and arrange return of the deposit.

Our most popular Fully Managed Service comes with FREE Rent Guarantee Insurance included as standard with nil excess and covers any tenancy within the property. Also included is free legal advice and up to £50,000 worth of legal cover, providing an excellent level of cover for peace of mind your rental returns are fully protected.

Our Fully Managed Service offers landlords additional potential savings. There are many problems that can arise within a property such as leaks, boiler failures, electrical failures and general repairs, many of which can be easily repaired without the need to call out a contractor which could inevitably be a costly and unexpected expense.

Where the fault or repair would be the landlord’s responsibility, we endeavour to attend the property to inspect and assess the extent and urgency of any work reported by tenants before instructing a contractor. If the repair or fault can be easily rectified by us, we will carry out the repair free of any labour costs, potentially saving our landlords hundreds of pounds. If the work is extensive or requires a relevant registered professional, we will instruct a contractor to carry out the work using the most cost effective means once a quotation has been provided and we have the landlord’s approval.
