Owner's opinions...
When we first came to view we knew this was the one for us. It ticked all the boxes. It was freehold and had everything we wanted, good size living area, two bedrooms, south facing garden and a traditional Victorian layout and charm. Location is great for rail and bus links with local shops just down the road for everyday necessities. We have insulated the walls which made a huge difference and laid oak flooring, fitted new windows and more recently a new bathroom. With now living and working away we have decided to sell and hope the new owners will enjoy what we have done to make it homely.
