Why use HomeXperts Purbeck and Poole to buy your next home?

Buying a home

If you are looking to buy a property in Purbeck and Poole, Iain and Sharon would be delighted to help and answer any questions you may have about the area.

Local knowledge

Sharon is currently putting together six Local Area Guides and they will be available for you to download soon.  These guides will provide information on schools, doctors, transport links, places to go and things to do. In the meantime though, just drop her an email or give her a call for more information.  Sharon is spending time researching and meeting with the people going in the guides.  This includes local businesses, schools, restaurants, activity centres etc.  This is in order to get a true feel of each area, rather than just knowing what is available from an internet search. Sharon feels it is important to actually know the people and businesses.  This way you can get first hand knowledge of places and people and HomeXperts Purbeck and Poole can help support the local communities too.

Going the extra mile

Iain and Sharon aim to be more than just an Estate Agency.  Their personalised service goes above and beyond helping you buy a property.  Viewings can be arranged to fit around your busy schedule.  This includes early mornings, late evenings or weekends.  You can contact them at any time with any questions you may have around the buying and moving process. They are in regular contact with the chain and solicitors to ensure that the sales process is proceeding as planned. They surround themselves with associates who offer helpful advice every step of the way. In essence Iain and Sharon try and take as much of the stress out of the buying process as possible.

So, if you are moving to Purbeck and Poole and the surrounding areas, Iain and Sharon at HomeXperts Purbeck and Poole are here to help.

Viewing property

View a good selection of properties before making a decision, however if you find the perfect property early on in your search, make an offer quickly as good properties do not stay on the market long. Iain and Sharon will accompany you on every viewing to help them to understand what your requirements are.

Negotiating & making an offer

Negotiating and making an offer

Once you have found the perfect property make an offer quickly. Don’t assume the vendor will take an offer lower than the asking price. If the property is correctly priced it is likely to sell very close to the asking price. Make sure you are know exactly what is staying in the property and what is not included in the sale.

Conveyancing Process

When you have had your offer accepted you will need to quickly appoint a solicitor to deal with the legal transaction. Iain and Sharon are happy to recommend a conveyancing solicitor if you need one. The conveyance process traditionally takes 6 – 8 weeks, however if you have a provisional mortgage offer this can be much quicker.
