Dawn worked in IT Sales for 15 years for numerous large corporate companies where she earned her reputation for delivering above and beyond her customer’s expectations. Dawn has always dreamt of starting her own business and became personally involved in buying, renovating and letting her own properties in 2005, so setting up her own agency was the natural choice for her.

Being a landlord herself she has an in-depth understanding of the lettings process and the level of customer service that is expected. Having worked and lived in the Twickenham area for many years, Dawn brings local knowledge and enthusiasm for professional excellence and a desire to provide clients with exceptional service. Dawn was delighted to receive the "Highly Commended Award for the Best New Start Up at the Richmond Business Awards" in October 2011
